great place - even checked me in at 1 am!! might even have been later??!! Immigration was crazy! great location - security is fantastic - top of the list for manila stays - thanks John

We are big travellers - about 4 months a year. We have rented apartments all over the world and this was our best experience so far. Great apartment, great location and extremely attentive and friendly owner. John Charles responded immediately to any little problem we had - sorting out a problem with one of the ac units, getting us an extra set of keys etc. The apartment is by Rizal Park between the nightlife of Malate and the historical centre of Intramuros. Ideal for us. The views of the sunset over Manila Bay from the balcony were unforgettable. The building is new and very well maintained. Fast lifts, 24 hour doormen, pool and small gym. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Manila. And don’t miss the tour - unique!!

John’s apartment is one of the best places we’ve stayed at in all of Manila! It’s centrally located just adjacent to the US Embassy and all the travel companies, and Rizal Park - Manila’s famous and historic park. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with exotic textiles from around the world, and the beds are extremely comfortable. It has commanding skyline views of the water, the city and everything down below. We loved the kitchen, the living room and the internet is fast and reliable. Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent, and couldn’t have asked for a more attentive host. John is also a famous tour guide of the city, so be sure to ask him about tours on your trip to Manila. Thanks a ton John for the amazing stay, we’ll look you up next time we’re in the neighborhood!
